IT Recruiter (Trainee/Junior)

We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a passionate IT Recruiter eager to kickstart their career in the IT industry. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is essential. With hands-on training and mentorship, we’ll support you in developing your skills and thriving in this exciting role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and closing positions for outstaffing projects.
  • Using various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, and Telegram groups, while managing incoming applications.
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
  • Verifying English proficiency and conducting English checks.
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with Partnership and Sales Managers to define role requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews with Technical Leads.
  • Managing candidate profiles in the database.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong interest in recruitment and career growth in the IT field.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and fast-paced work environments.
  • Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in recruitment in non-IT companies or agencies will be considered a plus.
  • Completion of recruitment courses will be considered a plus.
  • A background in psychology, human resources, or a similar field will be considered a plus.
