We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Specialist to drive strategic engagement with potential clients, industry partners, and niche-relevant personas. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in cold outreach, email marketing, and relationship-building.

• Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting potential clients, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
• Utilize email marketing, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to engage prospects.
• Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and relevant personas in our niche.
• Personalize outreach messages to maximize response rates and build strong relationships.
• Track and analyze outreach performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Maintain and update a contact database for outreach activities.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong understanding of email outreach best practices and LinkedIn networking.
• Ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages tailored to different audiences.
• Analytical mindset – able to track and optimize outreach efforts based on performance data.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or SaaS marketing is a plus.
