Digital Marketing Manager / СMO

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager / СMO with experience in product or service companies to join our team on an hourly based contract.
 
Key Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in conducting and promoting on social networking sites 
• proven experience in creating an Marketing strategy and its implementation (it will be necessary to provide examples of successful cases)
• ability to generate good quality content (visual, copywriting, advertising, video) and understanding the specifics of promotion in each of the social networking sites
• ability to run advertising campaigns and understand the principles of targeted advertising
• well-bred oral and written language
• good copywriting skills, ability to work with texts
• ability to analyze results and keep records
• experience in working with different niches, services, and markets (the IT market will be an advantage)
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• open mind and flexibility, the ability to prioritize
   

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement an Marketing strategy to achieve goals
  develop a content plan and create content for social networking sites: LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Medium;
• Collect and analyze Marketing indicators (reach, engagement rate, clicks, etc.) and offer solutions for their growth
• Run advertising campaigns and be able to analyze the results
• Offer new ideas for organic and paid audience gain and increase loyalty to the employer’s brand
• Work with feedback, comments, and letters on social networking sites
• Analyze new niches, markets, competitors and target audiences
• Assist in creating and editing texts for articles and newsletters
• Collaborate with designers to create visual content
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Facebook (targeted advertising and similar solutions for company promotion)
