Head of iGaming Affiliate Network

We’re launching a new iGaming Affiliate Network❤️‍🔥 focused on building strong partnerships with iGaming advertisers and affiliates.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who understands the iGaming affiliate world and can build this network from scratch - including setup, strategy, partnerships, and execution. 🏆

You will also benefit from our in-house traffic capabilities, providing a strong foundation to support partnerships and accelerate growth 🔝

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and launch the entire iGaming network operation (systems, processes, structure)
• Recruit advertisers and affiliates, manage deals, negotiate terms
• Create a detailed role description and daily routine for the future Affiliate Manager
• Monitor performance KPIs, optimize deals, and propose growth opportunities

• Prepare the network for scale, profitability, and stability within 4 months

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a iGaming Affiliate Network or large iGaming operation
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA/CRG models, and traffic sources
• Strong negotiation skills and existing contacts in the iGaming/affiliate industry
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to build internal processes
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and drive the project forward
• Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
