Merchandise Manager

Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Event Manager (Merchandise) in Warsaw. You will help to create great events and also work with company merchandise. If you like working with people, pay attention to details, and can organize tasks well, this job is for you!
 

Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in a similar role;

- Understanding of fabric types, printing methods, and branding techniques;

- Proficiency in English (Polish is a plus);

- Must be located in Warsaw;

- Creativity and attention to detail;

- Background in marketing or PR is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Selection and ordering of branded corporate merchandise;

- Updating the product assortment according to market trends and tendencies;

- Searching, selecting and interacting with merchandise and gift suppliers;

- Optimization of product procurement costs;

- Monitoring product stock levels and maintaining inventory records;

- Sending and keeping records of Welcome Boxes for employees;

- Participating in the preparation and ordering of gifts for employees, partners, and clients;

- Assisting in the creation of festive and themed gift sets;

- Helping coordinate the packaging and delivery process;

- Managing internal requests for merchandise and gifts from team.
