Digis is looking for an experienced Middle Recruiter!
We are actively expanding our team and need a specialist who can effectively find, evaluate, and attract talent for our projects.
 

What you’ll do:

• Actively search for and communicate with candidates on Upwork.
• Analyze profiles, assess experience, and evaluate candidates' fit for project requirements.
• Manage communication and guide candidates through the hiring process until the final stage.
• Work closely with technical leads and project managers.
   

What we expect:

• 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment 
• Understanding of the Upwork features and algorithms(as a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
