User Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead to drive growth and scale our paid marketing efforts. This is a lead role, starting in a hands-on capacity with a strong focus on execution. As the product scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a user acquisition team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who has deep expertise in Facebook Ads and is also comfortable managing campaigns across multiple channels, including TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, scale efficiently, and achieve business objectives.
  • Test and analyze different creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Expand and manage acquisition efforts across TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads, ensuring a diversified approach.
  • Continuously track and analyze performance metrics, implement A/B tests, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to track attribution, LTV, and key funnel metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with web products. 
  • Experience managing campaigns in Tier-1 markets (e.g., US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Western Europe).
  • Proven ability to handle large budgets starting from $500,000+ per month.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns and improving key performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook ads (TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads would be a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, Conversion API, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate measurement and optimization of user acquisition efforts.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and take action to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience in the dating or health & fitness industries is a strong plus.
