Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Offline

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support the Healthcare project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales, Customer Engagement (CE), and Marketing, working closely with clients to implement, customise, and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for Sales, CE, and Marketing.
• Design and implement tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure, customise, and integrate Dynamics 365 applications.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Train users and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain documentation and offer expert consultancy.

• Assist with pre-sales activities (demos, proposals, RFPs).

   

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, CE, and Marketing.
• Microsoft certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service & Customer Service.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
