GYPSY’S HIRING - Digital Operations Engineer
Gypsy - established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 14 brands, we are strategically positioned for a significant impact in the online gambling industry.
Our key operational hub is located in Poznań, driving our vision forward through data-driven and expert management.
Who we are looking for:
- 6-12+ months of experience as a Junior JS Engineer, or L2/L3 tech support
- Experience with APIs (integrations) - understanding how different software exchanges data
- Technical (integration) experience with CRM (Hubspot, Customer.io or similar)
- Basic skills in JS or Node.js
- Basic understanding of working with task trackers (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) is desirable
- Responsibility for the timely completion of the task and the level of communication skills in priority over hard skills.
Your main tasks involve:
- Work with the project manager and Chief Digital Officer
- Monitoring and support of integration and technical components of the CRM system
- Building new processes with/without using code, taking into account business logic and needs of departments
- Basic analysis of processes and implementation of solutions to improve the speed and reliability of systems.
- Combining Hubspot and Customer.io
