Customer Support Specialist (Xerox Certification)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in printers and multifunctional devices to join a team that provides high-level technical assistance to corporate clients. The support team ensures smooth operation by proactively monitoring connected devices, diagnosing issues remotely, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in technical customer support.

- Strong understanding of printers and multifunctional devices.

- Experience troubleshooting printing, scanning, email integration, and network connectivity issues.

- Xerox Tech ID Certification or relevant experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

-  English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remote support for corporate clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

- Monitor real-time alerts and proactively address potential problems.

- Assist users with troubleshooting printing, scanning, and connectivity issues.

- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex cases efficiently.

- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
