Recruiter (Affiliate Marketing)

We are looking for a successful, results-oriented Recruiter who won’t settle for just "working as well as others." We need a recruiter who strives to fill all vacancies and earn all hiring bonuses.

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle – from job description creation and sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Commercial experience in hiring media buyers.
  • English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level.
  • Understanding of sourcing and the candidate market in the Performance Marketing industry: job boards, LinkedIn, Telegram channels and groups, and other sources.
  • Ability to work with candidate motivation: assessment, creation, and motivation support.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Closing at least 6 positions per month.
  • Searching for and selecting candidates worldwide.
  • Maintaining a candidate database.
  • Organizing and overseeing the full recruitment cycle – from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

 

Conditions:

 

  • Remote work from any country or office work in central Kyiv.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Kyiv time).
