Technical Support Engineer Offline

Motorsport Network is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team on a remote full-time basis. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Office 365 administration, including licensing, SharePoint, MS Azure, and Azure Active Directory troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of tenant-wide policies, compliance settings, and security configurations.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration and troubleshooting within Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Administration and troubleshooting skills for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk platforms like Zendesk or similar.
  • Experience in troubleshooting networking, hardware, software, and IT security issues.
  • Google Workspace administration (user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings).
  • PowerShell scripting skills for Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional, and customer-friendly support.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Manage licensing, user access, and permissions in Microsoft 365.
  • Configure and manage tenant-wide policies, compliance settings, and security configurations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Provide remote support to employees and customers across multiple platforms.
  • Handle support requests through Zendesk (or similar helpdesk platform).
  • Troubleshoot networking, hardware, software, and IT security issues.
  • Administer and maintain Google Workspace accounts and settings.
  • Monitor website availability and performance to ensure consistent uptime.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues beyond standard procedures.
  • Make informed decisions in technical support situations.
  • Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
