Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for 3D applications? Do you enjoy creative work that feels similar to The Sims (building mode) or 3D design tools? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our team supports a 3D modeling application used in the insurance industry to enhance and streamline the claims process. The application is already in production, and we leverage in-house libraries and the latest technologies to drive efficiency and innovation. We foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where everyone is encouraged to learn, contribute, and thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn & Train – Your journey starts with a 3-month learning process, where you'll work closely with 3D models in our application under the guidance of a mentor. During this period, your working hours will be 7 PM - 3 AM ( 1-2 months studying daytime and evening time).
• Work with 3D Models – Engage with the visual and interactive aspects of our software.
• Collaborate with the Team – Join daily meetings, share insights, and grow in a team-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-Savvy Mindset – Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
• Flexible Work Hours – Ability to work evening shifts (7 PM - 3 AM) after training time.
• Eager to Learn – Quick learner with a strong interest in 3D applications and problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented & Multitasking – Strong time-management skills, responsibility, creativity, and a result-driven mindset.

• English Proficiency – Pre-Intermediate level or higher to communicate effectively.

   

Will be a plus:
Experience in IT or Design – Any background in IT, design, game development, or similar fields is a plus.
