Talent Acquisition Specialist\ Recruiter

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a recruiter who can manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, provide market insights, and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and ensure a smooth experience.
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews to assess candidates effectively.
Evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing regular updates.
Manage offer negotiations, including compensation, level, and start date.
Ensure compliance with best HR and recruitment practices.
Organize events to enhance the company’s visibility and attract talent.

Qualifications:

1.5+ years of recruitment experience across tech roles.
Proficiency in conducting various interview techniques.
Experience with different selection methods, such as phone screening and reference checks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make informed hiring decisions.
Adaptability to shifting business priorities.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
