Talent Sourcer/Researcher

We're excited to invite a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer/Researcher to our team to help attract top talent! 🎯

In this role, you'll have the chance to source, engage, and initiate first contact with candidates for various positions. You'll work closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies fully ​​🔍🤝

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and optimize sourcing strategies
• Identify and attract talent through non-standard resources, social networks, forums, communities, and job sites
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each sourcing channel
• Quickly and efficiently find, analyze, and assess candidate profiles across all levels: from junior to lead roles
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure continuous engagement
• Provide timely and structured feedback to candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience as a Researcher or completion of specialized sourcing courses
• Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other research techniques
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and platforms
• Expertise in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international team
• Strong service orientation, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• At least an Intermediate level of English
