✅ Master the Product – Deeply understand Tender Navigator, its features, and value proposition.
✅ Customer Engagement – Handle inbound demo requests ("Book a Demo" button leads to this role).
✅ Product Presentations – Conduct live demos and effectively communicate the benefits to potential subscribers.
✅ Own CRM.
✅ Collaboration with Technical Team – Stay updated on new releases and relay customer feedback.
✅ Professionalism & Relationship Management – Create positive engagement while keeping a professional approach.
