HR Generalist

- 2-3 years of recruitment experience in international companies or recruitment agencies.
- Excellent knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges and market trends.
- Successful experience of the full recruitment cycle.
- A deep understanding of software development.
- Ability to develop a multi-channel search strategy and build a candidate pool for each position.
- Experience in negotiating with senior management.
- Understanding of the full cycle of HR processes.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions.

- Ability to prioritise and quickly switch between tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong networking skills.
- Readiness for continuous learning and development, adaptation to new technologies and recruitment tools.
What you will do:
- Maintain the candidate database.
- Writing complete and detailed job descriptions that provide an understanding of the responsibilities and requirements of the business.
- Complete recruitment cycle for technical and managerial positions.
- Create and post vacancies on various professional resources.
- Work with hiring managers to define roles.
- Provide regular recruitment reports.
- Participation in adaptation process of new employees.
- Monitoring the labour market.
- Respond flexibly to urgent requests and changes in priorities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes such as performance appraisal, training and development.
Interview steps:
- Recruitment and Technical interview (45-60 min);
- Meeting with a C-level executive of a company
