Senior Recruiter
Position Overview:
A skilled and proactive Senior Recruiter wanted in Mr. Glazier to help build our team by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networks to identify and build a pipeline of top candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure smooth communication with all parties.
- Offer Management: Negotiate terms, extend offers, and guide new hires through onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks to refine strategies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment progress and provide insights to optimize hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven success in full-cycle recruiting with familiarity in using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Education: A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.

4. Final Interview - A face-to-face discussion with the Hiring Manager to discuss your fit for the role. (40minutes - 1 hour)
