Digis is looking for a recruiter specializing in candidate sourcing via Upwork. We are actively expanding our team of developers and need a specialist who can effectively find, evaluate, and attract talent for our projects.

What you’ll do:

• Actively search for and communicate with candidates on Upwork.
• Analyze profiles, assess experience, and evaluate candidates' fit for project requirements.
• Manage communication and guide candidates through the hiring process until the final stage.
• Work closely with technical leads and project managers.

• Mandatory experience in recruiting on Upwork.
• Understanding of the platform's features and algorithms.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
