Business Systems Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to be a part of our Trinetix team for digital transformation projects.
You’ll be working at the international project for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.
The product we develop: a visitor management system that enables handling events for guests visiting offices across the globe.
Our teams consist of: Technical Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers (dedicated FE and BE), QA Engineers and Designers (up to 20 people per team).
Requirements:
3+ years of business analysis experience in the IT field with more than 2 different projects;
Ability to work with large volumes of raw information to create documentation for development;
Attention to details and desire to create order in documentation;
Knowledge of the theory in the field of business and systems analysis;
Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;
English - Advanced or higher;
Ability to speak the same language with customers, developers and designers;
Knowledge of methodologies including Agile/SCRUM, SAFe;
Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
Motivation for self-development and constant learning in the field of business analysis.
Responsibilities:
Close cooperation with the Development and Design Team;
Managing requirements during all phases of the project;
Managing requirements documentation and the product backlog;
Validation of mockups with the Design Team;
Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning and execution control of the project;
Daily Scrum meetings participation;
Preparation and conduction of Demo meetings.
