Business Analyst / Business Implementation (Logistics Domain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and transition mid-size to large carriers (500-1,000 trucks) to the Vektor Platform.
• Visit existing Vektor customer offices to meet with staff, learn how they use Vektor, and document workflow improvements to enhance their operations.
• Educate carrier teams and upper leadership on the benefits of automation and streamlined trucking management.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions to drive adoption of Vektor’s TMS.
• Research and schedule new presentations with carrier teams to expand Vektor’s reach.
• Schedule and lead sales meetings, presenting Vektor’s solutions to carrier and broker businesses.
• Arrange calls for the CEO with local company representatives to foster relationships and close deals.
• Lead and coordinate new implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
• On days without new meetings, focus on working with existing companies to provide ongoing support, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in the trucking carrier or broker space, with a strong understanding of industry workflows and challenges, particularly around dispatch, billing and payroll.
• Higher education in technology, logistics, or business administration is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and conduct on-site training sessions.
