Responsibilities:
 

Technical Leadership & Innovation

  • Lead the development and architecture of new products and technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Explore and implement new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that push the boundaries of what's possible.

R&D Strategy & Execution

  • Define and drive the technical vision for R&D projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to align technical goals with company objectives.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Facilitate collaboration across different teams to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

  • Address complex technical challenges, proposing and implementing creative solutions.
  • Lead the identification and resolution of issues that impact the performance and reliability of R&D products.

Research & Experimentation

  • Conduct research to explore new technologies and techniques that can improve product development processes.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches, technologies, and methodologies to drive forward-thinking product development.

Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Produce high-quality technical documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that best practices, technical insights, and findings are effectively shared within the team.
     

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
  • Proven experience in research and development, with a strong focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system development.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
  • Experience with new technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
