Customer Support Representative (English B2+, morning/day shifts)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for several interesting projects:
✔️E-commerce Project: Equipment for Printing on Consumer Goods Packaging
✔️Private service company
✔️System for communication in companies
✔️System for video communication
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements:
✔️Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️Flexibility to work various shifts.
✔️Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔️English knowledge (B2+).
Responsibilities:
➖Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
➖Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
➖Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
➖Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
Would be a plus:
✔️Experience in CS
Work conditions:
➖Remote work.
➖The probation period is two months.
➖2 non-fixed days off per week.
➖2 types of work shifts per week: morning (8:00-16:00), day (16:00-00:00).
