We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Owner for a gambling product targeting the India and Bangladesh markets.
What experience is important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience as a casino product manager, with a total of 4+ years in the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate).
- Experience in A/B analysis, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI.
- Understanding of UX/UI design.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian market and competitors or other relevant GEOs.
- Experience in casino bonus policy launches.
- Proven track record in product management, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches.
- Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and present findings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Managing a team of product managers (India).
- Overseeing the creation of the promo calendar for projects.
- Analyzing the performance and popularity of different deposit payment methods.
- Controlling all key product metrics.
- Assessing and improving existing features, identifying successful cases, and implementing them in flagship projects.
- Developing wireframes and new product concepts for designers and developers.
- Managing and maintaining a product backlog, prioritizing and updating tasks.
- Conducting competitor analysis and researching new casino functionalities.
Evaluating the effectiveness of the bonus and incentive system.
