Business Development Manager

We’re seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team! If you can build long-term client relationships, develop business, and successfully close deals, this position is for you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
  • Identifying and attracting new clients, developing partnership relationships
  • Working with qualified leads and converting them into clients.
  • Establishing long-term and productive client relationships.
  • Identifying client needs and proposing optimal solutions.
  • Conducting negotiations, coordinating terms, and preparing contracts.
  • Maintaining reporting and preparing sales forecasts.
  • Participating in sales growth strategies and marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with management and team to achieve common goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Ability to negotiate and handle objections.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methods for expanding client base.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and office applications.
  • Self-organization, initiative, and result-oriented approach.
