Business Development Manager
We’re seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team! If you can build long-term client relationships, develop business, and successfully close deals, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
- Identifying and attracting new clients, developing partnership relationships
- Working with qualified leads and converting them into clients.
- Establishing long-term and productive client relationships.
- Identifying client needs and proposing optimal solutions.
- Conducting negotiations, coordinating terms, and preparing contracts.
- Maintaining reporting and preparing sales forecasts.
- Participating in sales growth strategies and marketing activities.
- Collaborating with management and team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Ability to negotiate and handle objections.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methods for expanding client base.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and office applications.
- Self-organization, initiative, and result-oriented approach.
