Business Development Manager (iGaming industry)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with casino and sportsbook providers (aggregators and direct).
• Oversee the full provider lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, contract coordination, and content planning.
• Align provider offers and pricing with internal strategy and market needs.
• Track integrations, certifications, and timelines through structured reporting.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in contract negotiations and gather key commercial data from providers, while also preparing tailored offers for the Sales department.
• Prepare and maintain internal documentation for regular direct reporting to CBDO.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B iGaming (ideally on the provider or aggregator side).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Precise and methodical — you know how to follow up, structure, and align across teams.
• Responsible, consistent, and deadline-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently but value guidance and alignment.
• Professional English (written & spoken) is a must.

Work Conditions

• Vacation: 22 working days per year.
