We are looking for a motivated Trainee/Intern to join our ServiceNow development team, supporting a groundbreaking project for a leading healthcare organization. This is a beginner-friendly role designed for individuals with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn ServiceNow development from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience in coding, platform customization, and IT solutions while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovations.

- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Javascript (e.g., understanding variables, loops, or simple scripts); no prior professional experience required;
- Awareness of the stages of software development, from requirements gathering to testing and maintenance (SDLC)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges and develop effective solutions
- Soft Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- A mindset of continuous improvement, and willingness to learn ServiceNow platform tools, and best practices in software development
- Effective communication skills for working with team members, understanding project requirements, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
Any exposure to coding beyond Javascript (e.g., SQL, HTML, CSS) - Experience in IT service management (ITSM) or Healthcare domain.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in basic development tasks on the ServiceNow platform under close guidance from senior team members.
- Learn to write and modify simple scripts (using JavaScript) to support platform functionality.
- Support the team in customizing ServiceNow workflows as you build your skills.
- Help integrate ServiceNow with other systems by following provided instructions and examples.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues with team support.
- Document your work (e.g., code snippets, configurations) to track progress and learn best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project needs and provide updates on your learning and contributions.
