You will work closely with a talented team to ensure high-quality code, scalable solutions, and smooth collaboration. In this role, you’ll be focusing 70% of your time as a Senior Developer working on one of our exciting Fireart projects and the remaining 30% on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and guiding 2 developers. πŸ› οΈπŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor the backend team.
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SES, etc.).
  • Improve development processes and ensure best practices.
  • Help with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.

 

Must have

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Will be a plus - 18+ months of leadership experience (team management, hiring, giving feedback).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
