Weβre expanding our backend team at Fireart Studio and looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join us! π

You will work closely with a talented team to ensure high-quality code, scalable solutions, and smooth collaboration. In this role, youβll be focusing 70% of your time as a Senior Developer working on one of our exciting Fireart projects and the remaining 30% on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and guiding 2 developers. π οΈπ¨βπ»π©βπ»

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the backend team.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SES, etc.).
- Improve development processes and ensure best practices.
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.
Must have
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Will be a plus - 18+ months of leadership experience (team management, hiring, giving feedback).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
