Middle Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong analytical skills to join our team and work full-time remotely. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with other project managers during the project initiation phase to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for the development team (developers and designers).
• Manage project roadmaps, backlog, timesheets, and budgets using Zoho Projects.
• Participate in project estimation and occasionally join presales calls for requirement gathering and solution offering.
• Create diagrams to visualize data and user flows.
• Collect project statistics and generate reports.
• Perform smoke testing of completed work when necessary.
• Conduct regression testing when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Background in QA or Business Analysis is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience working in IT outsourcing is a plus.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher (strong written and verbal communication skills).
• Ability to create project reports and analyze statistics.
• Experience working with Zoho Projects is an advantage.
• Any development experience will be a plus.
