Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with a proven track record in iGaming to lead our social media marketing efforts. As a game provider company, we need a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative B2B social media campaigns, drive brand awareness, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in iGaming social media marketing, a data-driven approach, and the ability to manage cross-platform campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B social media marketing strategies tailored to the iGaming industry, aligning with company goals, brand vision and objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Medium.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce professional, engaging, iGaming-focused content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that resonates with our B2B audience.
- Manage display advertising campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, cost-effective, and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.
- Build and grow an active, engaged community around the brand, fostering direct interaction with players and fans.
- Stay ahead of iGaming industry trends and leverage them to create timely, relevant, and impactful campaigns.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure social media efforts support broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand in the iGaming space.
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on iGaming (a prerequisite).
- Proven success in developing and executing iGaming social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Expertise in managing paid social media campaigns, including display advertising, and optimizing for ROI.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly in the iGaming niche.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and the ability to create visually compelling content according to our brand guidelines and vision.
- Knowledge of CMS, CRM, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Advanced skills in data analytics tools to track performance and identify trends.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for iGaming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
