Performance Marketing Manager (Utilities)
JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for the company’s products in Business Utilities and AI niches. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and networks and will have the freedom to conduct diverse tests and experiments.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Development and execution performance marketing strategies to drive mobile app growth across various digital channels
• Management, optimization, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad networks to maximize ROI
• Continuously identifying and testing new acquisition channels to expand reach and improve performance
• Formulation data-driven hypotheses for ongoing A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, implementing optimization strategies based on insights
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices, integrating findings into marketing strategies
• Collaboration closely with creative, product, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly
What you’ll need:
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience on campaign management in Google Ads/or Meta/or TikTok, etc.
• Knowledge in user attribution and conversion tracking across diverse channels
• Experience working with iOS apps and SKAN (SKAdNetwork)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Strategic thinking
• Results-oriented mindset, ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
Will be a plus:
• Experience working with ad networks such as Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle, and X (Twitter)
