Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded across the U.S., delivering top-quality glass solutions to both residential and commercial markets.

 

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and enhance our digital marketing strategy. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, lead generation, and creative campaign execution, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing โ€“ Developing B2B/B2C strategies to generate high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email sequences, webinars, chatbot engagement).
  • Market Research & Data Analysis โ€“ Conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing audience insights, and optimizing marketing strategies based on data.
  • Creative & Content Strategy โ€“ Designing and testing ad creatives, marketing materials, and SEO-driven content to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Website & CRO Optimization โ€“ Managing website improvements, A/B testing landing pages, and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Marketing Automation & Funnel Development โ€“ Automating lead nurturing, retargeting, and multi-touch campaigns using HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo.
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing โ€“ Managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and optimize key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) โ€“ Implementing targeted B2B strategies for high-value clients through personalized content and multi-channel outreach.
  • AI & Data-Driven Marketing โ€“ Utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Persado) for ad copy optimization, predictive analytics, and personalized communication.
  • CRM & Lead Scoring โ€“ Optimizing CRM workflows and implementing lead scoring models to improve conversion rates.
  • External Vendor Coordination โ€“ Managing collaborations with design and advertising agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

     

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing at least 1 of which in English-speaking countries (Europe, North America)
  • Expertise in:
    • E-mail marketing campaigns
    • Targeted advertising
    • Facebook Ads campaigns
    • Automation tools
    • Building marketing funnels
    • AI-driven marketing strategies
  • Language Requirements:
    • English โ€“ B2 (Upper-Intermediate) minimum
  • Soft Skills:
    • Independence, self-organization, and proactivity
    • Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills
    • Creativity and attention to detail
