We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist & Researcher to help identify and qualify potential clients, conduct market research, and support our sales team with high-quality leads. This role is crucial in driving business growth by uncovering new opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Utilize online tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry directories) to gather lead information.
  • Generate, qualify, and categorize leads based on defined criteria and sales goals.
  • Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine target audiences and enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when handling lead information.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
