Our brands, Joyli Nutrition and Alpha Flow, focus on clean-label, GMP-certified formulations without unnecessary fillers, ensuring maximum effectiveness and transparency. We sell exclusively in the U.S., primarily through online platforms, with plans to expand into personalized supplement recommendations based on individual health data. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who is passionate about building a strong community of loyal influencers and driving brand awareness through social media marketing.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
✨1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing
✨Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, InShot, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics
✨Strong creativity and trend awareness to generate fresh, engaging content ideas that stand out in a competitive market
✨Strategic approach – Can align content and influencer campaigns with business goals to maximize impact.
✨Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish influencer partnerships
✨Relationship-building skills to engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities
✨Great copywriting skills – Ability to write engaging captions, scripts, and messages that drive engagement.
✨Analytical & Data-driven mindset with an understanding of influencer performance metrics and campaign optimization based on analytics
✨English proficiency: Intermediate level or above (to collaborate with English-speaking influencers and manage content)
Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:
🔎Research & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle space.
🤝Negotiate & Manage Partnerships: Develop agreements, set KPIs, and ensure compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.
📢Campaign Execution: Provide brand guidelines, oversee content creation, and track campaign performance using UTM links, discount codes, and engagement metrics.
📊Reporting & Optimization: Maintain a database of influencers, analyze ROI, and adjust outreach strategies based on performance data.
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
📆Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals, industry trends, and product launches.
🎨Content Creation & Posting: Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
💬Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, monitor brand sentiment, and interact with followers.
📈Performance Tracking & Growth Strategy: Analyze engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize social media performance.
Would be a plus:
