Affiliate Lead - Sweepstake

Job Description

We’re​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​Affiliate Lead to join our amazing project at Murka.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new publishers while maintaining relationships with existing ones to scale traffic.
• Collaborate with various traffic sources, including push notifications, pop-under ads, Facebook, UAC, and SEO, to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV) and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships through consistent communication and support with publishers.
• Monitor traffic quality, identify suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and innovative traffic solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
 

• Minimum 2 years of iGaming affiliate marketing experience (MUST)
• A strong familiarization with existing sweepstake publishers - big advantage
• Strong understanding of traffic sources (e.g., push, pop-under, Facebook, SEO), payment models (CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.), and affiliate program mechanics.
• Proficiency in tracking platforms such as MyAffiliate and similar tools.
• A solution-driven approach with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
• An analytical mindset where you can see the opportunity in your data - knows how to translate Hybrid deals to CPA / Rev share and vice versa.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field
