Casino Manager Offline

We are a global product company operating in the iGaming sector, with a strong presence across the world. We are seeking an experienced Senior Online Casino Manager to drive our online gaming platform and drive strategic growth. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our clients.

Key skills:

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in online casino or digital gaming operations.
• In-depth knowledge of online gaming regulations and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and revenue growth in a digital environment.
• English proficiency – at least Upper-Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the online casino platform, including game offerings, user interface, and system performance.
• Ensure seamless integration of new gaming products and continuous platform enhancements.
• Drive revenue growth by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), user behavior data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, and product teams to design innovative promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized user experiences.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with game providers.
• Actively identify, evaluate, and onboard new providers to expand our service portfolio and keep our platform cutting-edge.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics platforms.
