Project Manager Offline

We are Boosta, an international IT company that creates and develops technology businesses in the digital sphere.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a few of our performance marketing projects!

The main goal is to organize effective project management, particularly at the initial stage, to establish a foundation for stability and further improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Background in the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
   

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and SEO teams.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track tasks and performance.
• Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
