Administrative Coordinator to $300 Offline

We are looking for a Business Assistant\Administrative Coordinator (part-time, remote).

 

Work Format:

  • Remote work with no location restrictions.
  • Schedule: 2-4 hours per day (Monday to Friday), availability required from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Warsaw time).
  • Saturday and Sunday are days off.

     

Work Conditions:

  • Payment:
    • First month (trial period): $250.
    • Starting from the second month: $300, with potential for growth if workload increases.
  • Taxes for cryptocurrency payments will be covered by the employer.
  • Unpaid leave available if needed, with public holidays determined by the employer.

     

Main Responsibilities:

  • Researching, organizing, and analyzing information.
  • Managing the manager’s tasks and calendar.
  • Preparing reports in Google Sheets.
  • Collecting and verifying invoices.
  • Communicating via email and calls with contractors in English to collect documents and clarify details.

     

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience as an assistant or in a similar role.
  • English proficiency at B1-B2 level (spoken and written).
  • Confident user of Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT.
  • Ability to quickly search, analyze, and structure new information.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when working with numbers.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
