Business Developer EU
PayAdmit is looking for Business Developer to join our team!
Participation in conferences and possession of a strong professional network would be advantageous.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in payment processing, high risk (gaming, gambling, betting, forex, adult…) or at least 1 year;
- English level B2+;
- Experience of participating in conferences
- Relevant Business Network will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Experience in negotiating and business correspondence with clients;
- Ability to plan sales and work with objections;
- Ability to independently find and sign clients;
- Ability to think analytically and predict;
- Ability to work with a large amount of data;
- Attention to each detail;
- Results oriented with ability to quickly enter various business & tech communities to network and generate leads.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Fintech, IT, Cryprocurrency, Blockchain field;
- Sales of payment channels, experience in payment systems;
Responsibilities:
- Participation in thematic events and conferences (online, offline) to find new clients and partners;
- Preparation for conferences: scheduling meetings, organizing negotiations with potential clients and partners;
- Conducting face-to-face meetings and negotiations at conferences, presenting the company and its services;
- Processing leads gathered at conferences: maintaining communication, negotiating terms, finalizing deals, preparing commercial proposals;
- Active lead generation: independently searching for and attracting potential clients and partners through various channels;
- Negotiating with new clients/partners to arrange meetings at future conferences;
- Collaborating with internal company teams to align cooperation terms and prepare commercial offers;
- Maintaining reports on meetings, conference outcomes, and further work with leads.
Working conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;
- Remote work;
