We are looking for CRM Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- At least 1,5 years of experience in CRM (online casino products);
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle in online casino;
- Deep understanding of casino mechanic;
- Understanding of basic mailing formats: promotional campaigns, trigger campaigns, chains;
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to conduct data analysis to determine the effectiveness of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategy;
- Create monthly bonus plan for different segments;
- Create trigger campaigns with different types of comms (email, sms, pop-up, notifications);
- Generate new ideas, develop and implement long-terms activities;
- Analyze and optimize customer interaction at all stages of the lifecycle: retention, reactivation;
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase conversion and customer retention;
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of CRM strategy and initiatives.
