Product Owner
Product Owner (WEB), an international product IT company with a Ukrainian core team that develops its own SaaS B2C solutions for US and Europe markets (Tier 1\2\3) due to the expanding of the team.
Company products: WEB SaaS products and utilities for social media.
The team : Мarketing team, development, designers, analyst, QA ect.
The team of company - 80 people
Locations of the team - Europe/USA/ Ukraine - full remote from any country/office Kyiv
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles
- Experience with B2C products (SaaS, microfinance, fintech, gambling, e-commerce)
- Practical experience in managing a product throughout all stages of its lifecycle.
- Proven experience in managing products, driving financial performance, and exploring new niches/markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing analytics tools (Ahrefs, AppAnnie, etc.).
- Solid understanding of the web ecosystem—web technologies, browsers, front-end trends, and user behavior.
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Unbounce, or similar alternatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve key SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, etc.).
- Business-oriented approach with a focus on growth, retention, and revenue.
- Strong execution skills—taking ownership of projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- Excellent collaboration skills to align technical (developers) and marketing teams.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Will be a plus :
- Previous experience in marketing or software development would be an advantage
- Experience working in gray niches
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize features and initiatives to drive growth, retention, and revenue.
- Take ownership of key product metrics (LTV, CAC, churn rate) and ensure financial success.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies to identify opportunities.
- Launch and manage hypothesis testing, A/B tests, and iterative product improvements.
- Optimize acquisition funnels, user retention, and conversion rates (CRO).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
