Our expectations:
We are looking for a Supply-Sade Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with publishers and SSP partners and providing top-tier support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Communication:
    β€” Establish and maintain long-term relationships with publishers, SSP partners, and other inventory providers.
    β€” Regular communication with clients regarding inventory setup, performance metrics, and optimization.
    β€” Address operational issues, provide support, and consult clients on working with the Admixer AdExchange platform.
  • Inventory Monetization Coordination:
    β€” Configure publisher connections to the platform, including technical integration and testing.
    β€” Monitor and analyze inventory monetization performance, coordinate optimizations, and make adjustments as needed.
    β€” Collaborate with the Demand Team to promote inventory and utilize current opportunities.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    β€” Identify and resolve technical issues related to inventory integration, tracking, and reporting.
    β€” Work closely with technical specialists and developers to fix potential bugs and improve system efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    β€” Analyze inventory performance, track and fix filtering patterns..
    β€” Use internal and external analytical tools to evaluate revenue and monetization effectiveness.
    β€” Provide clients with recommendations for inventory optimization based on collected data.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in upselling clients, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with advertising networks, SSPs, and DSPs at the account management level (3+ years).
  • Experience in various environments β€” Web, In-app and CTV.
  • Proven experience working with partners from Europe and the USA.
  • A clear understanding of the Programmatic ecosystemβ€”not just familiarity with terms like Open RTB, VAST, DSP, SSP, and PMP, but a deep understanding of their operational principles.
  • Experience with analytical tools and platforms (Inventory/ad quality platforms β€” Pixalate, TMT; Prebid, various SSPs and their Dashboards, publisher revenue analytics, etc.).
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
