Unreal Engine C++ developer

About the Role: 

We are seeking a self-sufficient Mid-to-Senior Unreal Engine Developer to help build high-fidelity, real-time virtual systems and environments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using Unreal Engine 5 to develop physics-accurate simulations, digital twins, and AI-driven robotics testing frameworks. You will collaborate with robotics engineers, AI specialists, and 3D artists to create high-performance, photorealistic, and interactive simulations for research, training, and autonomous system validation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain gameplay systems, tools, and mechanics using C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine 
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and rendering efficiency for large-scale solutions 
• Collaborate with level designers and artists to implement and refine content appearance and features 
• Work on robotics and simulations related projects 
• Implement networked simulation features for collaborative testing environments 
• Debug and profile code to improve stability, performance, and realism 

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in software development 
• 2+ years of experience in Unreal Engine development. 
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints 
• Practical understanding of architectural design and OOP  
• Strong mathematical foundation  
• Experience with multithreading and networking 
• Experience with gameplay programming, physics, and 3d content integration 
• Knowledge of rendering pipelines, post-processing, and shaders 
• Strong grasp of real-time rendering and CPU\GPU optimization 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Experience with sensor modelling and synthetic data generation 
• Familiarity with Python 
• Familiarity with other game engines 
• Experience with robotics and simulation frameworks  
• Experience in developing for linux 
• Experience in machine learning and AI-driven simulations
