Finance and Administrative Services Offline

Be a key support to Zoot’s finance team as a Finance & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll assist in managing financial workflows, handling accounts, and coordinating reporting tasks. Your precision and structured approach will help optimize finance processes in a dynamic fintech environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance Manager to coordinate and
  • track finance-related tasks, resolve open questions, and ensure the timely completion
  • of tasks and milestones.
  • Assist in the operations of the Finance department, including accounts receivable,
  • accounts payable and invoicing.
  • Support the management of the accounting processes, including proper handling of
  • payrolls, taxes, and payments.
  • Create, update and organise financial tracking spreadsheets.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual and other periodic account reconciliations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration,
  • Finance or related field is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Structured and precise working style with a strong focus on accuracy and
  • consistency.
