Product Manager Voice Bot Offline

About the Company:

We develop intelligent voice bots for business process automation. Our solutions seamlessly integrate with CRM systems, enterprise data buses, and other platforms using an open-source technology stack, including Rasa, spaCy, and the Node-RED platform.

We are looking for a reliable team member to join our friendly team—someone with strong communication skills, an ability to organize processes, and a true passion for their work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Identify the target audience and perform market segmentation.
• Analyze customer requirements and assess implementation feasibility.
• Plan and manage the product lifecycle, from concept to market release and ongoing support.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Participate in and organize PoC initiatives, prototype creation, and UI/UX design processes.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Development teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Present developed features to internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to the creation of user and admin manuals.
• Work with the marketing team to define product positioning.
• Participate in conferences and workshops to engage a broader audience.
• Measure product KPIs (engagement, retention, profitability).
• Collect and analyze user feedback.
• Communicate with investors and the CEO to align priorities across departments.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in a software development company.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Voicebot projects using Rasa.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
