Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong background in circuit engineering, radio engineering, and UAV systems. The ideal candidate will not only have technical expertise in UAV components and configuration but also possess excellent communication skills to support our sales team in delivering advanced UAV solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored UAV system solutions. 
• Present and demonstrate UAV products, focusing on technical aspects including electronics, communication systems, flight controllers, cameras, and antennas. 
• Assist in the design and integration of UAV systems, ensuring proper configuration and performance alignment with customer needs. 
• Serve as a technical consultant during pre-sales engagements, offering insights on flight control software such as Ardupilot, Betaflight, and INAV. 
• Utilize expertise in Mavlink, Cross-fire, and radio engineering to explain complex system functionalities to prospective clients. 
• Leverage UAV engineering knowledge and, where applicable, hands-on piloting experience to deliver practical and innovative solutions. 
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all UAV components and basics of aerodynamics to provide comprehensive technical support. 

Skills and Experience: 

• Proven background in circuit engineering with a solid foundation in radio engineering principles. 
• Demonstrated expertise in UAV systems, including configuration and integration of electronics, communication systems, flight controllers, cameras, and antennas. 
• Hands-on experience with UAV flight control software such as Ardupilot, Betaflight, and INAV. 
• Familiarity with Mavlink and Cross-fire protocols. 
• Understanding of UAV design and basic aerodynamics principles. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer benefits. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) +  

   

Nice to have: 

• Experience with UAV piloting, offering practical insights into system performance and operational challenges. 
• Prior involvement in UAV project lifecycle from design through field testing.
