Head of Design

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Design to lead our design team. If you're passionate about design, leadership and creating impressive visual experiences, we'd love you to join our team!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop and approve innovative design concepts tailored for various affiliate programs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all design outputs across the team.
- Lead and manage the design team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with company objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, analyzing them to create cutting-edge design strategies.
- Set and monitor KPIs and OKRs to drive team motivation and growth.
- Optimize design workflows and contribute to cross-departmental process improvements.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Proven experience as a Head of Design or in a similar leadership role (minimum 1 year).
- Expertise in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully guiding design teams.
- Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to integrate them into projects and products.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, proactivity, and openness to feedback.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
