Middle+ Project Manager (EdTech)

Our PM team evolves constantly and has enough experience to deal with the most complicated challenges. Requirements

3+ years managing software development projects.

• English: Upper-Intermediate and higher.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile and predictive development approaches.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in simultaneous management of several projects.

• Good organizational and planning skills.

• Experience in facilitation techniques.

• Experience in Requirements Life Cycle Management.

• Strong Project Change Management skills.

• Experience in tracking the team’s progress and developing team skills.

 

As a plus

• Leading tender process, experience with the bidding documentation.

• Experience in managing e-learning projects.

• Experience in conducting project Discovery Phases.

• Experience in the Earned Value Management model.

• Professional certification.

 

Responsibilities

• Project management of the full-cycle projects (from Initiation to Closure).

• Resource Management: Planning, Monitoring team loading, resolving resource plan conflicts.

• Planning cost management and financial reporting.

• Ensuring project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Profound risks and issue management.

• Monitoring project progress.

• Maintaining reporting and documentation.

• Contributing to the establishing and adapting internal PM processes.

• People Management: managing team dynamics, contribution to the performance plans, conflict.

• Pre-sale management.
