System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT services and systems. You will work closely with other teams to implement and support services based on Microsoft Office 365, MS Azure, and other key technologies. This role requires a solid understanding of network technologies, system performance monitoring, and automation of routine tasks. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build, develop, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, stability, and security. 
• Implement and support services based on MS Office 365 and MS Azure platforms. 
• Configure virtualization environments and implement on-premise services. 
• Ensure the high availability, functionality, and security of IT services. 
• Provide operational support for IT services and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as they arise. 
• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 
• Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and service-related issues. 
• Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation. 
• Maintain proper documentation for infrastructure and system configurations. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including deploying and supporting basic network protocols and services (TCP/IP, IPSEC, DNS, DHCP, authentication, and authorization protocols, etc.). 
• Experience managing and deploying Microsoft services such as Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, etc. 
• Hands-on experience in diagnostics and system performance analysis, including monitoring and logging using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Graylog, Kibana, etc. 
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, and Python. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies. 
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and tools. 
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, etc.).
