Technical Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven experience in designing and developing software solutions using modern architectures and technologies
• Proficiency in Azure AI services, with a strong understanding of real-world implementation challenges
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools, including:
  • OpenAI Python SDK
  • LlamaIndex
  • Semantic Kernel
  • LangChain
  • Microsoft Guidance
  • Experience in delivering RAG-based projects in Azure environments
• Knowledge of Data Mesh Architecture (decentralized data management principles and best practices)
• Expertise in API orchestration for seamless data integration and flow
• Strong understanding of Data Governance (Data Catalogs, Data Lineage, Master Data Management)
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Solid knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI Life Cycle (AILC)
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have:

• Client-facing expertise, with the ability to communicate insights, provide guidance, and offer thought leadership
• Prior consulting experience in AI/ML or technology, with a history of successful client advisory roles
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Key Responsibilities:

• Design architectures, integrations, and solutions for GenAI Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Develop data processing architectures, models, and pipelines
• Build scalable GenAI POC solutions with agentic integrations, ensuring compliance and interoperability
• Provide technical leadership for AI POCs, driving experimentation and prototype development
• Manage GenAI POC projects, aligning business and technical needs while applying various AI domains (ML, DS, GenAI)
• Support Azure/data solutions, migrations, and governance strategies
• Develop and optimize Master Data Management strategies
• Plan and execute database and data warehouse migrations to Azure or cloud-agnostic modern platforms
• Offer technical guidance on Data/Azure solutions and provide pre-sales support to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with client architects and senior technical management as a subject matter expert (SME)
• Establish a strong industry presence to position the organization as a leader in data-driven solutions
